Whilst it is important to address the psychological issues an individual may be experiencing it is important to incorporate additional health and well-being factors. These include addressing diet, fitness levels, sleep patterns and other environmental factors. I have been trained in a unique proactive approach to these factors and can implement a program tailored for any individual.
