Any successful organisation has to effectively manage the polarities of profitable performance while simultaneously ensuring that all personnel are well dispositioned. I have consulted with many organisations offering everything from individual executive coaching to cultural change programs and organisational strategy and design.

Structural Design

All organisations need to be clear about their direction and ensuring its structure is fit for purpose. I have extensive experience in developing enterprise and departmental strategies for small, medium, and large organisations as well as ensuring the structural design will meet the strategic direction and goals.

When considering structural design my approach assesses the levels of organisational complexity and then I develop job descriptions that effectively reflect the appropriate levels of complexity.

Building Leadership capability is critical to an organisation’s success. I have delivered leadership programs across a range of organisations in a variety of industry sectors. These training programs can be delivered to groups or through one-on-one coaching.

Culture

Establishing effective corporate culture is critical to organisational success. This process is more complex than just trying to move from a bad culture to a good culture. The process of both understanding and influencing cultural dynamics requires an approach that recognises that the dynamics of an organisation continually evolve.

Workshop Facilitation

All organisations have a need from time to time to hold workshops which are mediated by an independent facilitator. This is particularly necessary when a complex problem must be solved within a team and there are various perspectives that need to be heard and assessed, often in an emotionally charged environment. I have both the process and interpersonal capability to ensure agreeable resolutions and productive outcomes.

Career Transition

Individuals often face unique challenges when changing from one role to another within an organisation, but most particularly when considering a career change. I will help individuals navigate this transition, offering guidance on identity, skills transfer, and ‘change of life’ planning.
